Factum AI provides AI-generated content detection services through API access. Our services analyze images to determine the likelihood that they were generated by artificial intelligence.
3. Account Registration
To use our services, you must:
- Provide accurate and complete registration information
- Maintain the security of your API keys and password
- Notify us immediately of any unauthorized access
- Be at least 18 years old or have parental consent
- Not share your account credentials with others
4. Acceptable Use
You agree not to:

- Attempt to reverse engineer or circumvent our technology
- Resell or redistribute our services without permission

- Indirect, incidental, or consequential damages

- Damages exceeding the fees paid in the preceding 12 months
- Decisions made based on our detection results
